My entry for July Monochromatic Challenge, TFL! I made the background by layering crepe paper and scalloped die cuts in two different colors, then I sewed around the whole page. I created the water color flower paper with gelatos and black stamped images. I die cut the labels out of green cardstock that matched the background scallops and attached the layered flower sequins with brads.
