I created the card from a template I downloaded from the Internet. I paper pieced the frosting, adding glitter between the layers. I made the flower from another template I got from Hot Off The Press, and added a bingo piece(?) with the number 18 on it, which I painted with green Distress Paint. I die cut the banners with a Spellbinders die, and printed "Happy" & "Birthday" on each.
