I SINCERELY HOPE THAT I NEVER HAVE ANOTHER WEEK LIKE THIS. I HAD TO MAKE FIVE SYMPATHY CARDS AND THE SIXTH ONE THAT I HAD TO MAIL I USED ONE OF MY PHOTO CARDS THAT I ALREADY HAD MADE AND POSTED IN MY GALLERY.
This card I made for my friend and her family in Scotland. Her mother recently passed away. My friend and I have been penpals since 1967 via snail mail. I sponged a white panel with the inks to create the background for the stamped image. Card Recipe: A2 size/Top Fold Products Used: My Favorite Things Die-namics: Blueprints 1, Rectangle STAX 1, Blueprints 2.
My Favorite Things Stamp Sets: The butterfly image is from a set called Inspired By Butterflies and also the sentiment is from a set called Clearly Sentimental About Sympathy. The stamps used on the inside were from Clearly Sentimental About Sympathy and also I used just a sentiment from a set called Flower Silhouette.
Cardstock: Recollections and Georgia Pacific.
Inks: My Favorite Things Dye Inks: Electric Red, Tangy Orange, Lemon Drop, & Sour Apple Green. I also used Black Licorice Dye Ink from MFT. I also created the small colored panel that I placed on the inside the go along with the front of the card.
Other products used: The card base was made using Georgia Pacific 110 lb. white cardstock. Thanks so much for taking time to look and comment...I truly appreciate it. Have a Blessed Day!
