Card Recipe: This card fits into a #10 Business Envelope so not sure what to call the card size. Stamp Sets: Local King Rubber Stamp – Skeleton Leaves; Inkadinkado – Harvest Inchie (sentiment on inside); Craft Smart (Michaels) – Acorn (inside)
Cardstock: 110# Wausau Ivory Card Stock for card base
Inks: My Favorite Things Dye Inks - Brick Red, Tangy Orange, Olive, Factory Green, Hot Fudge, Kraft; Memento Dew Drop Dye Ink – Rich Cocoa (sentiment on inside)
Other products used: The DP came from a Fall Party Stationery pack (Hobby Lobby); Sakura Quickie Glue Pinpoint Roller Pen was used to apply tiny amounts of glue for the glitter; Sparkle N Sprinkle Special Blend Opaque Glitter – Florida Beach (I used this in a few small areas on the card front); Ad Tech Permanent Glue Runner; Southworth Fine Parchment Envelope #10 – Celery
For the acorns that I stamped on the inside I inked the entire stamp with the Kraft ink and then put the Hot Fudge ink on a clear stamp block and used that to then stamp just the top of each acorn to give it the two colors as the acorn stamp is a wooden block stamp and that was the only way I could see to just get the darker ink for the top of the acorn. I am sure this technique must have a name but I don't know what it is called. Thanks so much for taking time to look and comment...I truly appreciate it. May this day bring you an abundance of blessings!
