I really tried hard to overcome my aforementiond "scrapper's OCD" (or "CDO," as I perfer to call it because I like the letters in alphabetical order - lol). In order to accomplish this goal, I use a hole punch and "distress" scissors randomly around the border. I also did more random punch work. I did some tearing, inking, pinching, and stamping. My mom ("Quick Silver") gave me the diamond-shaped rhinestones, lace, cardboard/chipboard frame that she did a crackle technique on, and the owl graphic that I coloured with pencils. I cut one of the large ribbon roses and sitched it back together into two smaller roses. The swirly frame, open book, leaves, and flourishes were cut on my mom's Cricut.

The gorgeous Webster's papers used on this layout were a gift from Gabrielle Pollaco ("Gabriellep") ("A romance Story," "Morning Glory," and "Daydreaming"). And the pearl Zva flourish was part of the package given to me by Donna ("48FiveTime").

This layout is another one for my cousin's album that my mom and I are working on.

THANK YOU TO THOSE LADIES WHO GAVE ME THE ITEMS I USED ON THIS PAGE (NOTED ABOVE) AND TO ALL WHO LEAVE A COMMENT AND/OR VOTE.
