My paternal grandfather. Born in NJ in 1880 and lived to nearly 93. The last five years of his life he spent weeks at a time at our home - during that time, especially when I was home on breaks I was lucky enough to spend time with him.
He was smart (Phi Beta Kappa) and talented, he was a landscape designer who did the grounds at Menlo Park and areas in Central Park. He also had a great sense of humor. I miss him still.
For September Inspiration Challenge, I was given this amazing lo by Omacarmen to lift: http://www.scrapbook.com/gallery/?m=image&id=4020429&type=layout
