I created these candle wrappers from Core'dinations Colorcore Cardstock and some paper punches. The larger candle wrapper goes over a tealight and I used a Silhouette from to cut this design.
I simply ran the punched border strips through my Xryon 2.5" Create-a-Sticker and then adhered them to the candle.
The tealight cover I used Xyron's Double Sided High Tack Tape to adhere it together.
