The tickets to get in the zoo were really pretty - there were 4 different and each had an animal. We actually lost ours so I went to the ticket help booth on the way out and asked if I could get another one since mine had gotten lost and I wanted it for my scrapbook. She pulled out a strip which had 4 different ones and I just looked at them trying to decide. She said, "I tell you what - you can have one of each for your scrapbook" and she stamped the back of each one "void" and gave me all 4 of them! Doesn't take a lot to make me very happy!
