I always do monthly summary pages in my albums as an overview and to include random odds and ends, if I have any, that won't fit on other LO's. For my 2008 pages, I'm lifting Piradee's July 2009 calendar LO found here: http://www.scrapbook.com/gallery/image/layout/2259899.html (You can see the themes I used/am using for 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2013 in my gallery in the Month LO's album.)
I used all scraps of school pp's. The month rub-on is a Bo Bunny that was exclusive to Archiver's.
This is my example for my October Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Stickers. Players have to use at least 5 stickers on a LO. I used 11 (plus the 30 number stickers for the dates). The twist is to alter the stickers in some way in order to give them a fresh look - The idea was to, hopefully, encourage us to get them out of our stashes and use them even if our style has moved away from using stickers on a page. For this LO, I used baby powder to 'unsticky' some of the stickers and mounted them on foam tape for dimension. I used some as bases for the numbers on the calendar. The 'Book Report' is a vellum sticker that I put on white cs and fussy cut so that it would be more sturdy and not show the foam tape through from behind it. I wrote the book I was reading that month for my 100 Greatest Books Ever Written project on it: Virgil's Aeneid.
