I hurt my back in 2001. I have had many bad painful years, but the shining light in the darkness has always been my daughter! This is the original letter my daughter wrote to me on New Years Eve, 2001, before going out that night! She was 20 years old that year.

Things are much better now, and she is still the inspiration that keeps me fighting the pain! And my 3 beautiful grandchildren! I know everyone is busy this time of the year, so I didn't type out the letter. It is so full of encouragement and love!

This has been a good year and I am looking forward to the upcoming new year!

I wish all of you a happy and healthy new year!
