I painted this wood trinket box with gesso, then Twinkling H2os, then brushed on silver Jaquard mica powder. I put texture paste onto a cardstock doily,using it as a stencil. I painted with more H2Os. I painted over gesso on the fairy and flourish, used H2Os,then a layer of crackle,then more paint to bring out cracks. Then another layer of crackle. I put the chippies on, then the the little border curls.The curls I painted with liquid pearls. Then I embellished with things. The thought of making something I could put stuff into was interesting to me, rather than a layout that I put in a pile with the rest of them.
Other products I used;
Chipboard from Gina's Designs
Stickles
Glossy Accents
Diamond Glaze
Moonstones, citrines, amethyst,two tiny sterling leaves, sterling earrings on sides of box,which I bought in Nevada City ,California over 20 years ago.
Swarovski bicones, flat backs, and a fancy one on the right I don't know the name of.
Purple Square bling and sequins from Abbygirl.
Center of Tim Holtz metal flower is from my sis.
Jaquard Mica Powder
Ranger alcohol ink
Vintaj connectors on left and right sides of box
Lumieres
microbeads
