It involves first stamping on regular tissue paper and then crinkling it and smoothing it out again. Then, a layer of adhesive is applied to cardstock and the tissue paper is smoothed over it.
On my paper, I decided to repeatedly stamp a small rose in blue pigment ink and use it as a background piece on my card. I also stamped the larger rose in the same blue pigment ink and then colored it with blue colored pencil.
The stamps are: big rose: unknown/unmarked; smaller rose and sentiment are both PSX.
