Oscar the Grouch and Cookie Monster are from Sesame Street Friends. I placed a container of paint brushes from Wall Decor & More into Oscar's hands. The title and the paint brush border at the bottom are from Wall Decor & More also. I used a Creative Memories splat punch for the splatters of paint all over the page. Just too much fun!
