WOW girl, this is gorgeous! I have never used cork before, but I like the affect it gives. Beautiful papers, flowers & the filigree is lovely. I think I need to go check out that site. Misting it with PP really added to the card!:)
Here's a card I made for a niece whose birthday is coming up this month. I used Colorbok's Rosewood pattern pack for the background papers. Distressed and inked the edges. I had a lot of trouble trying to decide on how to decorate this card and ended up with a simple, sort of Victorian look. This is the first time I've used cork on anything and I like how it turned out. The metal filigree element is from Yadanabeads on Etsy. That gal has some great stuff for very reasonable prices, so check it out when you get time! You'll be amazed at what she has to offer. Anyway, I cut the piece in half to lengthen it, then added the pretty flower. I misted it all with Perfect Pearls Heirloom Gold. Thank you so much for stopping by and for the encouraging comments! Have an awesome day!
