Honey is not something I eat. When I was doing my methods (for Elem. Ed.) in college I had to make 100+ sandwiches with pB & Honey and cut them in the shape of fish. We were studying the letter "F" and going to the Fish Hatchery. All about theme. By the time I finished I was sick of honey! :D
I'm kinda on a raw honey thing too. When I got so sick after Christmas, I was desperate and willing to try anything. The girl that cuts my hair told me about drinking apple cider vinegar, raw honey and lemon juice, equal parts mixed into hot water... kind of a "tea"... I joke and call it Smelly feet tea, well cause it kinda smells like feet. I've seen tones of stuff on pinterest about the health benefits of both raw honey and apple cider vinegar, so when she told me that, I figured I'd try it. I had tried some Raspberry blossom honey from a farmers market last year... THAT was good. I've since gotten some wildflower honey from SIL's father-in-law and when we were in AZ, I picked up some orange blossom honey. Haven't tried it yet.
what a neat shot. I love the taste of alfalfa honey. My Sister came home one time with lavender honey - it was such a unique taste. Buckwheat honey is also quite tasty - strong, but tasty.
I have a strange local honey thing this is one of the jars I picked up on last summer's road trip. It's an alfalfa honey that is divine. I put it out in the sun today to soften so I can bake some bread. I played around with aperture for a bit and got this shot I like.
