This is such a fun and sweet l/o! (I'm working my way thru your gallery backwards!) I love all the fussy cutting! (I usually use my THoltz iconic scissors for fussy cutting; never tried a X knife- good idea.)
I love how well you embellish; but the photo's are always center stage~ Beautiful.
Please don't apologise for your work or for talking about your son. Don't hold it inside, talking and reminiscing is truly the best medicine. If I could hug you through the computer I would, all the way from Australia. Sam is at peace and watches you from heaven.
Wonderful job on the Graphic 45. I'm still waiting for the courage to use mine, purchased at least a year ago. Your growing album is a beautiful tribute to your precious son Samuel.
Beautiful LO and great design. I have a friend who when she needs something fussy cut will give it to me to do as I find it relaxing believe it or not!!
As you all are probably tired of hearing, my sweet boy, Samuel David, passed in January (6 years old) and for the first time ever, I've become a dedicated scrapbooker, as a therapy form of sorts; this is probably the page I have worked the hardest on and fretted the most over. The Graphic 45 MotherGoose papers are beautiful - but very sophisticated color groups and I had a hard time as such a noobie! I did take some ideas from a few of the ladies who have listed projects with the Mother Goose line - specifically AnnetteGreen - thank you!
Well, thanks for looking and helping me keep his little memory alive. :-) Also - first time I ever did "fussy" cuts; how hard is that!
