Such a beautiful work of art - love those wings with the seahorse, micro-beads and other gems and the way you incorporate all the lovely gifts you receive from scrapping friends - the lavender lace and the necklace are so pretty - and what a beautiful photo ~
Absolutely stunning in aqua!! Has a real magical, ethereal feel and your addition of all the micro beads definitely turned into gorgeousness - adore the seahorse! The whole lo is beautiful, your brilliant addition of all the right embellishments and fussy cuts are what make your lo's stand out so.... Love it!! Take care... C :))
I am always amazed at your creations. They are so intricate and lovely, I just sigh as I scroll thru. I love all the tiny pieces you place on each LO. It must take you so much time to fussy cut, put on those tiny pieces together and every LO is a masterpiece! Thanks for sharing!
I can see why this is a favourite wedding photo...it captures a beautiful seemingly private moment between the two of you. I love your layout - such wonderful colours and embellishments.
Love all the elements you used on this layout Melissa! The metal, beautiful beads, wings and lace and those two colors are my favorites...aqua and lavender! Beautiful and such a dreamy photograph!
Just loving the colours here; this has such a dreamy feel to it, and the piece with all the beads etc is gorgeous and so eyecatching! The dyes lace came out fabulous...I've done that a couple times and love it :)
The colors are amazing on this gorgeous piece of art! I love the shape covered with microbeads and the beautiful wings. So many gorgeous shades of lavender and aqua! The lace is gorgeous and love all the beautiful charms and details! I might have to dye some of my lace...I'm scared!
Oh, I really love this one. The lace is so pretty, the wings are fantastic, and that microbead piece is completely amazing! I would love to hear more about how you made that - I so want to try it. And it all complements your dreamy photo just perfectly.
Beautiful page!! Love the purple, the gorgeous micro beaded piece next to the photo, the pretty lace and all the beautiful sequins, lacey butterly and pearls that make up this beautiful created wedding page.
Hi Melissa here with a 12 x 12 page using Gina's Designs Lasercuts. I'm calling this design "Aqua Wedding". I always enjoy working with these peaceful colors, and the chipboard seemed to blend nicely with the theme. I used gesso followed by liquid pearls on some of the chipboard shapes, and lumieres on others.
To the right of the photo is a fussy cut shape that I painted first, then added lots of microbeads. I wasn't really sure about that piece at first, but as I continued working on the project, it all came together, and I was happy with the end result. The lavender lace I had dyed awhile ago with Dylusions ink spray and it worked perfectly for this project.
From 48SixTime:the two pprs I used,a crystal at the lower left, and the purple flower at the bottom right. From Abbygirl:sequins scattered, and turquoise bling on edges. From LynnT ,the lacy butterfly die cut. From Reneabouquet, the lavender lace at the top of the page next to the butterfly. From CindyJK the oval bling on the bottom. Thank you ladies for the supplies!
There are some pressed flowers on here, and also some fresh ones, from my yard.
The lace is by Martha Stewart. There is some Prima bling ,crystals by Swarovski, and flowers made with a Martha Stewart hydrangea punch. The ppr i fussy cut is from UHK Gallery and is called "Winter Is Coming", and so is the little circle at the top right corner.
This is my favorite wedding photo, and I have scrapped it before.
