I saw this on Pinterest, and had to make one. I took a $3.50 lamp from Goodwill, stripped the fabric off of the shade and sprayed it black. I took the socket and electrical cord off of it and put it on my desk. I unfolded gem clips to use as small hooks. I now have about 500 packs of embellishments hanging on it. I used 5 boxes of gem clips. I probably have $10 in the whole thing and it works great! Wish I could take credit for an original idea, but, like I said, it was on Pinterest!
