Close up of the banner attached into the popped up fussy cut pattered paper piece, layered cluster and again all the inking/marker edging to define and outline.
Layout inspired by Scrap & Music's Challenge #22 sketch and Bobby McFerrin lyrics. The Simple Stories "Vintage Bliss" line was perfect for this challenge. Lots of bling (glitter glue, sequins and gems) added for the Off the Rails Scrapbooking "Bling It Up" challenge. Modeling paste used with a Magenta stencil and gelatos applied for colour. TFL!
