These are photos of my collie, Lexie, from November 2008. I used rub-ons to add her name in the flowers above the subtitle so that it says: Lexie you are such a joy.

This is my example for my April Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Vellum. I printed the title, date, and journaling on vellum to add to the LO. I made the date piece into a little flag. The twist is to have 3+ flowers on the page - I have 6 paper & pearl flowers that I added to the floral prints on the bg pp.

This is for:
1) April Music Challenge - Category One: Lyrics. For my journaling, I used some of the lyrics from the song My Best Friend by Heidi Winzinger. The song is about her dog. The lyrics I pulled to use are:
Have I told you lately that you're my best friend?
I'll give you a warm place to stay,
And I'll hug and kiss you every day.
When I see you my problems seem to slip away.
You never fail to warm my nights and brighten my days.
Have I told you lately that you're my best friend?
And I'll be right here beside you 'til the end.
The twist is to use multiples of a simple shape - I have multiple circles and multiple hexagons.

2) April Pet Challenge with the twist to use 3+ photos.

3) VLB Challenge to use 5+ flowers.
