Very touching journaling. I'm so sorry for the loss of your precious brother. Love the picture of you all when you were kids included here. Love the quote. Lovely layout.
this is a wonderful tribute - all the more moving for your wonderful words. I am so very sorry for your loss. I lost one of my best friends a week before you lost your brother - scrapping it only recently - it helped - I hope it helps you too.
What a wonderful tribute to your brother Linda. I'm so sorry for your loss...I didn't know he had passed or I somehow missed that. Wonderful journaling and photos. Love the title also.
Beautiful tribute to your loving brother! I am sure this was difficult to scrap but you did an amazing job! Such a wonderful and heartfelt page! Thanks for sharing your memories of him!
I love this creation honoring your brother. The photo of the three of you on the slide is priceless!! I love that you journaled about your brother in your own hand. I can see you have beautiful memories with him.
The description of your brother, John, was so touching to read. I can imagine how hard it was for you to scrapbook this page, with his passing being only 5 months ago. A wonderful tribute to your beloved brother that the next generation will appreciate as well.
This layout was the most difficult one I have ever made. I had a difficult sitting down to write about my brother John. There are so many instances I could talk about but there wouldn't be enough time. My life for sure would have been different if we were not so close. As children we bonded and it was a lifelong relationship. We had different opinions sometimes but always respected each other. He was an adult, well liked, but there was a child hidden inside. He never Had children of his own and loved to buy toys for the kids. His personal passion was for music as he collected records, from 78's to CD's and loved his old western and Jazz music. Aw heck he loved it all. I truly miss him very much since he passed away last November 1, 2013. To me he was one of the greatest brothers one could have.
I used regular cardstock, chipboard, Cricut Explore, and the photo in the left hand corner is one of John, Pat, and me on top of the slide. My mother--never missed a moment
