for Sarah/for Lisa/for Dawn. I have had this fixation with balloons lately. Maybe it has to do with all the birthday scrapbook pages I've been doing lately. I just love the bright colors you can use with a balloon design. I haven't found the perfect balloon stamp yet so I just diecut a few out of different colored vellum. I love the transparency that the vellum gives the balloons.
