Absolutely wonderful. The poem is perfect here. Yes, it probably does seam like just yesterday!!!! I know it does for me and my kids, too! I love this memory and how you scrapped it!
This is me on October 23, 1986, the night before the birth of our second son. The bottom pic is my two sons and husband at the hospital the next day. The little poem I came up with reads:
'Twas the night before birthing and all through the house, I walked, and I paced, and I waddled about. Thinking 'bout the next morn when I'd finally see If the baby I carried was a he or a she. We were off the the hospital before dawn's early light. We'd soon have an answer - the end was in sight. Our baby arrived at 8:47, a beautiful gift from Jesus in heaven. We were so happy, our hearts filled with joy, because God gave us Adam, our new baby boy.
The design is based on a PageMaps sketch. I used a lot of old pps and stickers and other odds and ends. Thanks for looking!
