I am making a gift box set of note cards for a friend of mine. It was a great opportunity to create an inlay focal point..I had not tried this technique ( mostly out of dread to mess it up!! hee hee)..it looks even better in real life...definitely adds an elegance to any card....
Adding some darker ink around the edges of the quill and black ink on the nib added even more definition to the embellishment... Overall.... I really like this effect!
