Hi everyone! Melissa here with a China Cabinet by Gina's Lasercuts Designs.

I covered the cabinet in gesso and then applied texture paste over a stencil. I put a coat of pearl metallic acrylic over it, followed by layers of twinkling H20s, watercolors, and lumieres.

I put two coats of crackle on the raised areas, and brown and black chalk to make the cracks show. On the top area and on the drawers I used gloss medium instead of acrylic paint, and that sealed the surface better.

The lavender butterfly at the top is from Reneabouquets. There are a few sequins scattered on the stenciled areas, and also in a bottle, from Abbygirl.

The bottle with the embroidery needles is an antique saltshaker. I bought a few many years ago, and when I did my dh shook his head (probably thinking ,"why did she buy those") haha

There are more photos on my blog,Ribbons, Lace, and Good Intentions

Thanks for looking! Any comments you want to make would be appreciated so much!
