I used a foam polkadot stamp and a foam triangle border stamp both from Jenni Bowlin and white acrylic paint. Both are easy to use and line up, since they are mounted on sturdy acrylic sheets.
I am not thrilled with the triangle border. I stamped onto blue cs. I was going to leave more of the border to edge it, but I cut a bit too much off on the top. It looked too white, so I added black sketchy lines. Then I filled it in with a red marker. Finally, I added metallic blue paint to the red triangles. Still not quite what I wanted, but I am moving on.
The sentiment banner was originally white. It didn't stand out enough. So I colored it yellow with a colored pencil.
The star is stamped with green metallic paint.
