Could not find cloud paper that I liked so I created my own by cutting a cloud-like template from scrap paper and then chalking (old school!) the rows until I had achieved the desired effect! Three matching balloons and cloud border are a Silhouette cut. Title piece, balloon with woven basket and Soarin' Mickey ears were created by members of a swap group.
