This if for my Document: 2013 album taken from Shimelle's Document: 2010 class.The background paper was from Michaels, but I'm 99% sure that its a knockoff of an Amy Tan paper. I made the pennants with white cardstock and then painted over white embossing powder with peeled paint distress paint. The stamps on the envelope were from Studio G and I cut out the word March from vellum with my Cricut. I stamped the clouds with versamark and used red glitter embossing powder on them.
