I totally love the masculine metal pieces you used here. You would never know that the ric-rak wasn't brown to start off with. Changing the color was a great touch.
Photos from February 2010 that I took for a couple mini challenges and one daily photo when I was in the POD group here. Top left is of the boxes for some bookcases I bought; top right is the first one (without all the shelves) after it was built. Journaling says: Cassie helped Bob assemble the three bookcases I bought for my sitting room.
This is my example for my June Four Categories Challenge - Category Four ~ Theme: Dad. For the twist of metal, I used screw brads and gears.
This is for the June Music Challenge - Song. The song this month was Song for Dad by Keith Urban -- I used part of the title, 'for Dad,' in my title. I have the 'Dad' twist.
I used a July 2010 PageMap. I punched the butterflies out of the packaging for the Tim Holtz gears. I dyed white rick rack brown with mist. Thank you to my friend Minday (mindyradio) for letting me use her mists at our crop since I didn't bring enough colors with me :)
