I made this for Color Combos Galore [colorcombosgalore.ning.com]. It's going into my book of silly family photos. That's my mom. I dug out lots of old stash for this page. I saw someone do a free-floating banner, and I wanted to try it–sorry I can't remember who I saw do this.
