I had an idea to hand cut the title out of different patterned papers from this collection. I printed the title on plain paper, trimmed and used a piece of washi tape to hold it on to the patterned paper pieces. I used a craft knife to cut out the letters and then machine stitched around the edges of the flags. I used a banner (how cute is that little hanger?) and I put a Lucille button on the hanger top. I also added a few woven labels to my banner and picture. I added chipboard stickers to my project and used the little circles from the stickers as confetti.
