Hi Peas! Welcome to another video of the weekly IN THE MOOD TO SCRAP series! It's a cool idea where a garden girl creates a mood-board and based on it, creates a scrapbook page. I am going to show (and explain) to you how this layout, which is based on a Pinterest moodboard, came together! You'll find a new lesson in this series in the Videos section of Two Peas each Tuesday. Here's the link to my pinterest mood-board [pinterest.com] .Summer here I come! Regardless of the snow that is still lying on the streets, I am ready for summer, sun and happy colors.I decided to use a big banner beneath my photo to emphasize this part of the page. Do you remember the huuuuge banner-mania last year? Yes, I missed out on it, so I am playing catching up :-) My moodboard is all about banners and happy colors - hope it inspires you as much as me.Here´s a bit about the products I chose:I am a huge Dear Lizzy fan, I love the joy- and playful colors and patterns, perfect for a summerlike page. I chose papers and embellishments from the 5th & frolic and from the lucky charm collection. I also added a bit of Washi Tape and alpha stickers from American Crafts. My challenge this week: incorporate a banner in your scrapbooking page - no matter if it´s handdrawn, sewed or cut :-)Every month we will draw a winner from all the MOOD TO SCRAP entries and reward them with a $10 gc. It will be announced on the 2peas blog.
