In This Home | Under This Roof Theme

This is a page that I have been wanting to create for some time. I found a similar saying on a sign from Pinterest a while back. I recently decided to have one of the signs made for our home. I have been working with the artist on creating just the right verbiage for the sign in our home and this is what we came up with. It fits our family to a T. So when we were challenged to come up with a page for the “Under This Roof” theme this month, I knew exactly what I was going to so. Because I tend to think of us as a very happy family, I decided to use a variety rainbow type colors to illustrate the sentiment in the sign verbiage. I used my Silhouette to cut out my title, then used strips of the colors I wanted to feature underneath my cut title. I chose just to use black and white pictures so that they stood out from the colors in the title and background, and because they were images from my phone, I made the images very small as well. This way, they would come out as clean as possible. Then I hung them from the adorable new paperclip hangers by Maya Road, which further illustrates the “Home” idea.
