My dad died more than six years ago and I haven't been able to scrap his obituary and some of the other memorabilia that was used at the funeral. When I saw the prompt for today I decided to look for newspaper clippings that I hadn't scrapped and this jumped out at me. I felt a bit panicky thinking about scrapping these, but once I started the layout just flowed. The back of the 6x12 page is the journaling with a retrospective look. it was really painful all day thinking about this, but I am so glad that both of our stories are now included in my scrapbooks.Everything on the page is Fancy Pants except the Bella Blvd. orange dot patterned paper, Jillibean Soup wood buttons and American Crafts Thickers letter stickers.
