For this week's Glitter Girl challenge and today's LOAD challenge. Our prompt was one of the five senses: hearing. These photos are from a trip to Dyea, AK. After I took the photo I added a line of journaling on the light blue paper that borders the floral paper that really summed up my feelings about being here. It reads: “A walk down the streets of Dyea, AK was unnerving. Walking down what once were bustling streets in the steps of long dead gold miners. Realizing that they once had the same sorts of dreams that I do.”Crate Paper: patterned paper, border, brads, and stickers; Echo Park: journaling block and doily and nickle die cuts; October Afternoon: pink die cut circle and Sassafras: letter stickers.
