This is for the Flashback Friday challenge on the pub this Friday. We were to explain how we got our name.Journaling says: Born Edna Mae Durbin in Manitoba, Canada, she adopted the professional name Deanna Durbin at the commencement of her career.Deanna Durbin was a singer and actress in the 1930s and 1940’s. I don’t know though if my mother knew that her real name was EDNA MAE.My middle name is JOYCE. That was the name of my mother’s best friend at the time of my birth. I don’t ever remember meeting her.I used a template from Coliscorner and a digi kit called Floralulu from Sara Ellis
