I started this tag with a wonderful patterned paper Added the punched border (Martha Stewart) and cut the flowers from white cs with the Cricut. Then I used several texture stamps to add interest. The sentiment is from My Minds Eye. The flowers are held with brads and the ribbon was added to the back.
