Sorry for the delay in posting details. This ‘card’ was created using 8.5x11 printer paper folded in thirds. The arch was drawn and cut freehand. To cut the ‘window’in the arch I used an EKSuccess corner punch with the base removed, then used an exacto knife to cut the straight line to release the paper. The teal down the center is a rub-on, the Happy birthday sentiment was computer generated and enhanced with markers and inked edges. The stamps… Dot & Music stamps are HA and the sun stamp is Stampendous and the Friend to friend is and old, old, old foam stamp, no idea who mfgr'd it.
