Combining the two challenges, I created the BG wax paper technique using Sizzix Snowflake embossing folder which I found difficult to distinguish.Stamped image (Inkadinkado) with blue dye ink. To create a snowy effect, I applied Star Dust Stickles to selected areas of image. (hope it shows up in the photo)Matted to red CS, then to white card base. Embellished with snowflake brads.
