You did an awesome job with the different technique. I'm still trying the modeling paste too! Great photo , great layering, & definitely a cool design!!
Very creative with all of your techniques........I love this page....she is a very pretty girl. I love the story about the rocks and how they got there......and all of that history. Really great page.
What a great layout you made for me! Lol this is very cool! I love the different elements you used. Hey..maybe you can use the bloody finger scratches for a Halloween layout lol
This is a Lo for my wonderful daughter in law. It dawned on me that I have very few LOs of her by herself. We were on our family camping trip to Devil's Lake. We were hiking along the lake where these huge quartzite boulders are on our left. The rocks on the right sit down into the lake. I tried hard to use come different techniques on this lo. I took the time to use Liquitex modeling paste and tinted it with terra cotta tapestry embossing powder. I inked the edge of a piece of cardboard to make the streaks in the upper left. At first they looked like bloody finger scratches from a horror movie. LOL So I used other colors over the red. The trees I had to trace and fussy cut as I can't get those trees anymore. The circle with the iconic drawing of a rock named Balanced Rock at Devil's lake came from a newspaper that I picked up years ago at the park. Can't get them anymore either. (sigh). Thanks for looking
