DT layout for Frosted Designs using my favourite collection - The Pier. I wanted to add some texture and dimension so I crumpled vellum and placed behind the “wave” paper. I also fussy cut some of the doily paper to make clouds and added a bit of extra colour to define them with some gelatos.
