Really having a blast in Wilna's Art Class. For the background of this page, I painted gel medium over a polka dot stencil and spritzed it with ink. I thought the gel medium would resist the ink, but it actually soaked it up, a happy accident. When I finished the page, I felt the brown border was too stark, so I painted over it with a mix of gel medium and white ink to soften it slightly (out of gesso).
