The first signs of spring in Japan aren't green leaves bursting out on trees. Even before that, we see beautiful, little pink blossoms. Apricot, Plum and finally Cherry trees slowly awake in a gradual unfolding of pink. Only after the soft flower petals have blanketed the ground, like a soft pink snow, do the new green leaves begin to emerge. Nature's first green may be gold, but Japan's first green is pink.About me: (my blog: Love 2 Scrap in Japan / CT member for The Digichick/ My MSA Gallery)Credits: most papers and elements from Gentle Reminder…Hers by Etc by Danyaleadditional flowers from Roots and Wings by The Digichick Designers, Enchante by Quirky Twerp, and From the Ashes by Sherwood StudioLeaves are from Into the Great Unknown by The Digichick DesignersDoily is from Roots and Wings by The Digichick Designerspage template is by Fiddle Dee Dee Designsfont is Lainie Dayas seen in the April 2013 Artisan NotebookThank you so much for looking!
