I ran across a bag of pearl necklaces in a bag at the thrift store, I see these quite often…and sometimes buy them up to place in a jar at home for that one day when I may need a pearl or two for a project. On my way home I stoppped by the Dollar Tree to get a gift bag for a birthday party my dd was going to. I was stopped in my tracks when I saw these perfect Vintage paper roses….get this, 2 for $1. 2 beautiful roses on one card!! I came home and put together this project…and then promptly jumped in my car and went back to the Dollar Tree and bought more!! The box is Maya Road (of course!!) and the paper is MM Ledger and Graphic 45 (Fun vintage look). I also made a tag out of raffle tickets (I bought a HUGE roll at Party City…something about tickets that makes me excited) that I stamped with a Maya Road journey stamp. Made a handle out of wire and re-purposed thrift store pearls and added the Maya Road scalloped ric-rac. Used Hero Arts flourish stamps and some pretty tulle and gingham. Pretty fun little vintage box!! TFL!
