Here are my 2 entries for the January tag swap. I used the same supplies but 2 different color combos to create these tags. I used 2 standard premade tags and applied silver pigment ink directly to the tag. I then added Ultra thick embossing powder to the tag and heat set it. The tag in person has a bumpy, glossy texture to it. I stamped the snowman image directly onto the tag with black stazon ink. I colored in the snowman's scarf and hat with BIC permanent markers. I stamped various snowflakes(fiskars and inkadinkdo) with aegen blue and green versamagic chalk ink. I also used a Martha Stewart snowflake punch and punched out a few snowflakes. For the red scarf snowman, I added the bottom layer snow with white puff paint and heat set it with my heat gun. For the blue/pink scarf snowman, I used Distress paint in tattered rose and heat set that for the snowbase. For that tag I also used a Martha Stewart halloween edge punch(drippy goo) to create an icicle bottom to the tag. I had a lot of fun creating these tags!, TFL :)
