<p>For this page, I created the tree by stamping with a Hero Arts design block stamp and cutting out a ‘tree’ shape. I colored the image in with colored pencils. I added a trunk (a painted Maya Road chipboard piece), and adhered a few cardstock leaves. What a fun little project! I may make another one of these trees and frame it in a simple little frame.</p><p>The bottom border is a collection of stickers that I found appropriate in describing my boys. Once adhered to a piece of patterned paper, I trimmed a wavy ground line, cut another solid green groundline, inked them both and attached at the bottom of the page. I was delighted to see the Heidi Grace stickers that were lying on my desk matched the color palette of the tree perfectly!
