I was going through some older Thanksgiving photos for this assignment, when I came across these of my son at his first Thanksgiving play with his preschool teachers. Little did I know, that this would be his first and last Thanksgiving play. I'm grateful for this pair of fantastic teachers who showed such care and creativity with their class. I miss them!I used a mix of Simple Stories Harvest Lane and Lily Bee's Autumn Spice collections for this warm, rustic layout. I love how the dark wood sets off the brighter colors in the collection. The paper feather was the perfect embellishment to match my son's headband and adds a touch of texture to the layout. A wood sentiment placed directly in the journaling spot, highlights the theme of the page. TFL!
