Stars are everywhere in scrapbooking. I've linked tons of product here, in the store, that are star themed. Let's look at a few ways to use stars on your pages!Supplies:cardstockpatterned papervarious star accents-buttons, silhouettesrub-onsinkchipboard heartdigital kits, iron on transferstamps Page 1: Would you like to swing on a Star? Cover a cardstock rectangle with small square scraps. One the back, sketch out a star shape, cut out. Poke a hole at the top and thread a piece of twine through to hang.Page 2:Twinkle, twinkle, little StarCut a star out of cardstock. Poke holes along edges and stitch with embroidery floss. Ink edges and adhere to patterned paper. Glue down chipboard heart. Attach patterned paper to the front of a card. Add rub-on and message.Page 3:Hey now, you're an All StarIn your photo program, open a new canvas. Using the font 2Peas All Boxed Up, type the star (letter 'e'). Open the digital kit Brush Backgrounds, lasso some of the stars, re-color them and drag them onto the canvas. When finished arranging, flip image, print out onto t-shirt transfer paper. Iron onto a shirt and enjoy! :)Page 4:Honey, you are my Shining StarOpen photo and digital kits in photo program (Ben Framed and Funky Florals). Drag floral corner onto photo. Drag stitched frame onto photo. Print out photo. Adhere to photo mat, then to patterned paper background. Add strip of cardstock along bottom portion. Glue on various accents--buttons, sequins, silhouettes. Add stickers. Stamp tag and write journaling. Attach to page. Add initial rub-on, small tag and brad at the top of the tag.Page 5: You must be my Lucky StarTrim patterned paper to create both thick and thin borders on page. Adhere down. Mat photo on black cardstock and attach. Stamp names, add journaling rub-on and chipboard heart. Cut a star from the patterned paper and attach in corner of photo. Write journaling.
