Snickerdoodleart and I got together yesterday to work on WF challenges and we started by coloring. Much more fun to color with a buddy by your side! WF14 Color me this : (see both photos)I colored two Purple Onion Design images and turned them both in to Easter cards. The first was colored with Silks Acrylic Glazes. The painted chick shimmers but it doesn't show in the photo. The second chick was colored using Prismacolor pencils and a Finesse colored pencil blending pen.WF14 In the Round : (first photo)I used circle Nestabilities to crop my shimmery chick and sentiment in to round shapes. WF14 Embellish This : (first photo)I went to town on my first card adding more bling and bright flowers.1. “silk” flowers2. orange eyelets3. pink rhinestones4. Stampendous Class A'Peel silver dot sparklers.5. Google eyesStamps : Purple Onion DesignsPrinted paper : 1. Basic Gray, 2. American CraftsThanks for the challenges! I haven't done much coloring lately and it was fun and relaxing, especially with a friend. I need to think “round” more often. It made for an interesting way to fit a large image and sentiment on my card. I have plenty of embellishments and usually don't think about using them. Once I got going on the first card, I added some to the second as well!TFL!
