For this layout, I really wanted to have fun with my Silhouette Cameo AND get messy at the same time, but not too much, not too overwhelm my photos too much. I simply cut a white card stock into a sunshine, glued it onto my patterned paper and applied gesso with a baby wipe. Once it's dry, add some color here and there : can be mists or distress inks (mixed with water, of course). Embellish as you like! :)
